I’ve recently started making overnight (Vegan) oats and I absolutely love it! It’s easy to prepare the night before and makes breakfast the next morning quick and easy…without compromising taste. If you don’t have a lot of time to prepare breakfast in the morning, then this is a great option for you. It’s both filling and great for on-the-go.
- 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
- 3/4 cup milk (I use vanilla flavoured almond milk)
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
Sweeteners may be added
Place all ingredients in a jar and shake well.
Refrigerate overnight and enjoy the next morning! (Shake well). Additonal milk may be added at this point if needed.
