Supporting local: Sole To Soul Therapy

As a blogger from a small island, I am all for supporting and promoting local entrepreneurs and helping them grow their businesses. I’ve decided to start a series, here on my blog, where I showcase the work of talented local entrepreneurs.

I tried out a few products made by Stephanie, the owner of Sole To Soul Therapy and instantly fell in love with them.

Stephanie, a lover of art found herself making and selling her all natural products after spending some time in rehab. She was surrounded by nature while in rehab and found natural ways to keep her spirit calm. She taught herself the skill of soap Artistry and used it as a way to boost not just her own, but also the confidence and wellness of others. She uses soap artistry as a form of releasing her thoughts and energy and might I add, she’s definitely a talented artist.

She offers a wide range of products such as:

  • Artisan soaps which are made from natural ingredients like charcoal, turmeric, coconut milk, vegetable glycerine and mica powders
  • Body scrubs
  • Lotion bars which melt at body temperature made with natural nut oils
  • Body butters
  • Pillow sprays
  • Headache sprays
  • Lip Balms
  • Organic lipsticks
  • Solid perfumes
  • Candles made from soy wax
  • Heel balms for feet
  • Heal balms for psoriasis
  • Facial toners
  • Facial serums

I purchased one of her artisan soaps and I absolutely love it. It has an almost natural, clean scent and leaves my skin feeling softer than other body washes or soaps do. I’ll definitely be purchasing another one. The detailing on this soap is also incredibly beautiful. And there’s glitter!

I have also been using the headache spray for a few weeks and it seems to be working wonders. A quick spray on the forehead, top of head and back of the neck gets rid of those headaches I seem to get almost daily. It also smells great which is another added bonus.

Be sure to check out her products. You won’t regret it!
