On the first day of Blogmas

On the first day of Blogmas Mikayla Cherise gave to me, a brief update post? We’ll work on that.

Happy December! The last few months have been flying by. It feels as though I blinked and suddenly, we’re in December!  Not only is it a new month, but It’s also the start of Blogmas.

What is Blogmas?

It’s somewhat of a Christmas countdown that bloggers do. Simply posting everyday from the first of December up until Christmas day. Now I say simply. But it’s not so simple when you’re working behind the scenes.

Blogmas takes so much prep. And let me just say. I have barely started prepping. And yes. I’m aware that Blogmas has started. No need to remind me. When I decided that I’d partake a few weeks back, I was struggling to find ideas. And after deliberating, I decided that I’d no longer be doing it. HOWEVER, when I woke up this morning, on the first day of Blogmas, and saw everyone’s posts going up I had serious FOMO. I suddenly wanted and needed to participate. And if you follow me on Instagram then you heard this whole backstory already.

So here I am. In true Trini style, writing this post a mere few minutes before it goes up. Now I’m still pressed for ideas, so I’ve decided to do things a bit differently. I will be posting daily until the 25th. However, not all of the posts will be Christmas or holiday themed. This works out because I have a few posts in my drafts that I’ve been itching to publish.

Anyway, that’s about it for this post. Just a bit of an update. Stay tuned for my next post.
