Happy Sunday! So if you couldn’t already tell, this year we’re on a budget. Hence why these Christmas related posts are all budget friendly. I meannnn, who doesn’t love a good budget-friendly gift guide right?
We’ve all taken part in Secret Santa or angel and earthling or some sort of gift exchange at one point or another. And finding that perfect gift can be so difficult EVERY SINGLE TIME. What do you buy for someone whom you barely know? And how do you keep it on budget?
To make things simple, I’ve linked all of these items directly from Amazon but of course, these are items that you could purchase just about anywhere.
1. AN ADULT COLORING BOOK
This is the perfect gift that’ll allow your Secret Santa to unleash his/her inner child. I personally LOVE adult colouring books and think that they’re perfect for stress relief.
2. A MUG
Now I know that this is such a basic gift, but an avid coffee or tea drinker will LOVE this. Doesn’t have to be to fancy. I’ve linked a glass mug (who doesn’t love the look of a glass mug) with a bit of humour which I think just about anyone will appreciate.
3. A DESK CALENDAR
This may seem a bit on the boring and not so glamorous side. But what if i told you that desk calenders could be cute too? This is the ideal gift for someone who works in an office. It’s functional and will add to the decor or any space.
4. A PLANT POT (OR 3)
Continuing with the office theme, plant pots are another way to go. These pots are perfect for any desk or office space or even as decor pieces for a coffee table. You can give these pots on their own and allow their new owner to fill them with the plants of their choice, or you can also purchase plants. Succulents and cacti are always a safe bet because they’re nearly impossible to kill.
5. A PLANNER
Who doesn’t love a planner? It’s a super easy (and cute) way to stay organised in the new year and there are SO MANY to choose from. This is perfect for the entrepreneur, student, creative or someone who just simply loves organisation.
6. CHRISTMAS SOCKS
Now, this is a simple one. You can find affordable Christmas socks just about anyway and there are so many to choose from.
7. AN UGLY CHRISTMAS SWEATER
Keeping up with the theme of clothing, an ugly Christmas sweater is the perfect gift for this time of year and it’s a good way to add a bit of humor to the gift.
8. A WALLET
Now wallets can get pricey, depending on where you look. However, there are still some affordable wallets that are of good quality. Definitely a functional gift that someone could make good use of.
9. A GIFT SET
And there you have it. 9 affordable gift ideas for your secret santa. Hope this guide was helpful!
